When reporting a problem, a share link to the bracket (use Share link) and the device or browser you used help us fix it quickly.

Before you write

• Lost a bracket? We don't store brackets, so we can't recover one. If you shared it or bookmarked its share link, opening that link brings it back.
• Byes look wrong? Byes always go to the top seeds, in the order you typed the teams. Put the strongest team first, or press Shuffle for a random draw.
• Grand final played twice? That is the bracket reset in double elimination. How double elimination works explains why.
• Printing too small? Large brackets are scaled to fit one landscape page. Use bigger paper, or download the PNG and print it at poster size.
