Privacy policy

Last updated: October 28, 2026. BracketMint (bracketmint.com) is operated by the BracketMint team.

Brackets and team names

Brackets are created in your browser. Team names, results and scores are not sent to or stored on our servers. When you press Share link, the bracket is encoded into the part of the link after the # sign, which browsers do not send to the server; anyone you give the link to can see its contents.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand which pages and features are used. They set cookies and collect usage data such as pages viewed, clicks, device type and approximate location. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for consent first, and these tools load only if you accept. You can change your choice by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Server logs

Our host, Cloudflare, processes IP addresses and request details to deliver and protect the site. We use the visitor's country only to decide whether to show the consent banner.

Advertising

We may show ads from Google AdSense. If we do, Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to this and other sites; you can opt out of personalised ads at Google Ad Settings. Ads are only loaded with consent where consent is required.

Children

The site does not ask for or knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
